My wife and I did the free walking tour with Fraser during our day in Brussels and had a fantastic time. Fraser was really engaging and obviously has a deep knowledge of Brussel's and Belgium's history and he clearly loves this city and his job. We learned way more than we expected to on a free tour, and greatly enjoyed the three hour walk despite the rainy weather.
We were pretty disgusted to notice some people leave without tipping, or in one case tip a $0.20 coin. It's a free tour for sure, but these guides make their living on tips so if you can afford the airfare/train ticket to Brussels you can afford to tip appropriately for a 3 hour guided tour.
