Called in today. Bought six drinks including 2 espressos. Asked for 2 glasses of tap water to go with espressos and they told me to buy a bottle. Leo and Maxime were the waiters. Not good ambassadors for an otherwise fantastic location.

Expensive; yes! But Nice Place to take a drink and enjoying the beautiful view. Very warm Place - the HVAC has a Challenge to keep the Place cool even when the outside temperature is around 10C

Very slow service, they don’t speak fluently english. Very much over priced. The view is nice. First we got wrong invoice than tey modifyed. Finaly we payed what we ordered.

The reservation of a table is very adminitrative: you have to do this on the website. The day before your visit you get an email to confirm your reservation again and on the day of your visit you get a reminder by mail and sms.

When we arrived, we were informed that the elevator wasn't working. After waiting about 15 minutes we could go up by taking the stairs if we wanted. People who weren't in good health couldn't do this as this was a risk for the heart. Going up by the stairs was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

The service and the people only speak French. They do not understand Dutch at all. They aren't very friendly as well. They just do their job and that's it. So I cannot say they are unfriendly either.

We took the menu with 4 courses. The first 2 courses, the starters, were very good and surprised us in a positive way! The main course was good, but nothing more than this. And the dessert was again very good.
The price of all this is rather high, but you don't come here often. And you know when you come here, that you also come for the view and the experience. So after all: price is ok. It could be a lot worse ;-)

We had a table at the window, so with spectacular view. When you make your reservation in advance, you don't know if you have a table at the window or not. So we were lucky ones :-)

After our dinner, the elevator was working again, so we didn't have to go down by stairs...

Absolutely horrible experience.

First of all, the elevator wasn't working and we had to climb 400 STAIRS. The worst thing is that they didn't apologize or anything for the inconvenience, they just asked us "if we have any physical problem that would prevent us from climbing the stairs". I personally have a little asthma (which triggered after the exercise and cold weather with temperatures of 0 degrees outside), but my main problem is that I don't want to climb 400 and end up exhausted to pay for a dinner of at least 60 €.

We are a group of twelve, an we have had this booking for a week. In the restaurant I can see right now groups settled in one big table, but they put us in three different tables.

I have trouble breathing right now and no one has apologized to me yet. This travel is completely ruined because of this single one experience.

Don't come, it's not worth it.
