This is not a restaurant but a cheese shop (when will Tripadvisor start a shop section?).
It's a small family business that exists for over 65 years now.
There's an amazing choice of top quality products, often from small producers.
Catherine is passionate about cheese and she'll let you know.
She is very honest ("don't take that cheese, it's not good enough yet") and allows you to taste before you buy. Another plus: you can buy small portions here (except of course for cheeses that sell by the piece, and even then from certain cheeses you can buy just half a piece).
During lunch you can also buy your sandwich here but get there early, sometimes their bread is sold out before noon...
