Worst staff ever, so rude and unprofessional. Someone should teach them what customer service is. Shorty rooms and very pricy for the quality you get.
Sound travels through walls so you can basically here details of your neighbours toilet visits.

Dirty rooms and the entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking hotel.
We got room 203 assigned when we checked in. The room smelled funny when we entered. We realized that one of the pillows and the head part of the mattress smelled like vomit. The pillow even had a stain on it. That was absolutely disgusting.
The guy at the reception didn't seem to concerned however he was polite and changed our room to 306.
We payed around 100€ for the night and the price is really too high for what you get. Even tho we got a different room doesn't mean this one was clean. There was stains on every chair (we had 4 in our room) and all over the carpet. The room was noisy even with the windows being closed. The entire venue (lobby, 2nd and 3rd floor) smell like cigarette smoke. And during the night someone must have been smoking in one of the rooms next to us as the strong smell entered the room. It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel.
Despite some rather negative comments I booked a single room for one night. Working with and staying in hotels and resorts for about 300 days/nights a year, I was absolutely positively surprised upon arrival. Close to Antwerp Centraal railway station (just crossing the street) I got a fast, friendly welcome. Room, single bed, on 8th floor, was spotless clean with a perfect mattress and pillow. Check-out is rather early, 11am, but with an extra payment of 10€ per hour this check-out time can be extended. Good experience !

Century is way far the worse hotel I have ever visited. Is old, crumbling, worse than a third world country hotel.
The room was so dirty and smelly, that after a poo it was finally smelling fine.
We had to leave windows opened for hours in order to breath.
No soap was provided, we had to use our own.
The mattress was too soft and was sinking in the middle, I had to sleep on the side.
Generally the environment is dark, stinky and old.
The baggage storage was in the garbage storage!
Very rude people at the reception, cleaning personnel very nice.
