Four of us had a late lunch here. Lovely antipasti, tasty lasagne and pasta and good desserts! The wine list was good too.

A group of us (5 people) had 3 dinners in the Hague and La Liguria, a bit surprisingly, came in 3rd of 3. Just wasn't that great. Our biggest complaint was that service was really slow. It was quite full on the Thurs. night we were there, but when multiple tables come in after you and get their food before you, saying "we're really busy tonight" is not a great excuse.

Appetizers, antipasto and calamari, were actually the highlights. And the wine was very well liked by my colleagues. But entrees, which were served nearly 2 hours after ordering, were just okay. Two folks got pasta and they were quite unimpressed and said they felt like they could do a better sauce at home. I had lamb and it was good, but nothing very special about it. Another got seafood and veggies on a skewer and that certainly looked good, assume it tasted okay. Due to long wait, we did not bother with dessert. Would not return. Sorry!

A great Italian to visit. A very good menu and food that does not disappoint. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had the lobster spaghetti and it was fantastic. I would certainly recommend and will return here myself.

Enjoyed a great lunch today @LaLiguria, walking distance from the Noordeinde Royal Palace in The Hague center. Our female host (I'm sorry, forgot to ask her name) was very welcoming and hospitable on arrival. She also had some great suggestions for our appetizers (a wonderful Pinot Grigio white wine and a delicious antipasto plate). Sharing a main course (2 colors tagliatelle with truffles) was no problem, and the taste was as could be expected: Italian. Not too heavy though/luckily. Wrapped it up with a great capucinno.
All in all, would certainly recommend for lunch. And will be back to check out the dinner menu. Molto bene!

Four of us dined here one evening, simply because it was the closest restaurant to hand - and we're glad to have discovered this place. Although quite formal looking, the atmosphere - helped very much by the friendly staff - is very much relaxed.

We kicked off our evening with a bottle of Spumante di Prosecco "Extra dry" (€25.50), which hit the spot. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive and quite happy to discuss menu options and additional possibilities for ordering.

Not having too much time, we went straight for main courses, which consisted of Melanzane alla Parmigiana, an anti pasta dish that they were happy to serve as a main dish (€9.75); Scialatelle agli Ortaggi (€12.75); Linguine Astice (€20.25), and a superb Taglioline Mare e Monti al Cartoccio (€16.50). We washed our meals down with a bottle of Bardolino Classico DOC (€24.25), which went perfectly with the dishes we'd ordered.

Each of us was delighted with our respective choices of food. The quality was excellent and portion sizes were generous. Our bill came to €114.50, which to our mind was worth every penny. Thanks, guys, we enjoyed it!
