Foodhallen is a great place with nice atmosphere and a wide variety of cuisines.
Definitely will visit again "The Butcher"! Friendly staff and certainly the best burger in town (try the Cowboy, it was delicious!).

I wish I had found this place sooner. The perfect date spot. It's lush.
A warm and cosy courtyard feel, counters and delis line the inside of this updated warehouse with the finest of food delicacies from all over the world. There's something for everyone: pulled pork sandwich? Sushi? Vegetarian? Nutella Crepes? Cocktails? It's there, and it's seriously good: the ingredients are all top quality and everything is made fresh to order, certainly not a 'cheap eats' or 'fast food' area.

If you have had enough of other tourists and want to slither away to a cool little corner where everyone actually speaks Dutch then here is the place to try and blend in.
Still has a cool city-centre feel, trendy, unique and it feels like a party could kick off any second as there are also drinks of all kinds up for grabs. The atmosphere was perfect for lovers of all ages and the range of choice was incredible and tempting you'll be trying things you never thought you would! Perfect for those who want it all and want it now, and great for those who want to push out the boat and have an adventure! You won't regret it. Some places only take card, do the rounds and see them all. 100% recommend.

Incredible hand-made foods from all around the world. The sushi and pasta were my favorite...I absolutely recommend this for a night out!

While staying at a hotel nearby, I came to Foodhallen several times on a recent trip to Amsterdam, and much enjoyed it. A wide variety of eateries, offering up seaweed burgers to pork belly sandwiches, and everything in between. Many cities, Copenhagen, Bologna, among others, have similar venues these days, featuring a variety of food stalls in an open-market atmosphere. I found Foodhallen to be a good execution of this formula. A great way to sample a cuisine without spending as much as one would at a sit-down restaurant.

On weekends, local crafts and food purveyors set up shop next door, which makes for a lively atmosphere, and well worth an amble around.

Definitely worth a visit if in West Amsterdam and looking for food options not readily found elsewhere, much less under one roof.

We were recommended to visit here by some Dutch friends and it didn't disappoint!

There is a gin bar serving really interesting twists in he classic G&T. They aren't cheap but are huge and taste lovely!

There are about 15-20 vendors selling everything from sushi to burgers to pizza to fish to waffles!

We went on a Saturday night and the place was full (but not overcrowded) with a really good vibe of locals having a fun evening out.

Definitely worth a visit.
