Tracked down this place based on other reviews and the fact that I like to blow out with a nice plate of ribs now and then. This place gets busy (we walked in about 5.40pm and tehre were people seated already) and fills up quickly so either get there for an early meal or be prepared to wait. It doesn't look fancy from the outside and is pretty basic on the inside but that is because all the effort goes into the RIBS!
I went for the combo of two kinds of ribs (one sticky one drier) with salad, dips and plenty of fresh bread. It cost about €20. There are other options on the menu but quite frankly, this is what you want. If you're a veggie, this is probably not the place for you. I am a glutton when it comes to ribs, so take heed when I say you don't need a starter here. Service was quick and friendly, customers were locals and tourists. Washed my meal down with a dcent glass of house red (wine tends to be expensive in Dutch restaurants compared with the UK). My companions and I left full and contented. I will definitely be going back next time I'm in the 'Dam.
