The room was really small, deluxe, but small. I asked for a luggage rack, somewhere to put my suitcase as it is difficult for me to work from the floor. The receptionist didn't really seem to care or to make any plan in providing one. Service at breakfast was not fast and efficient, with two staff members chatting away, in the way of guests trying to get coffee, and not clearing the tables.
Check-out wasn't quick and flawless, an issue with the credit card machine, then asking us for another credit card (which we didn't have) and after a while doing it manually.
A funky, hotel, with interesting decor, and good food - restaurant; but rooms overpriced when we booked.
Not always greeted by staff, we left feeling a little disappointed and let down.More
