The hotel was very close, by walk, to the Central station in Amsterdam. The rooms were very small (not enough space to swing a suitcase) and the beds were all squashed together. There was no proper shower, and the bathroom was also very small. The TV remote was nowhere to be seen and during the night, all the sounds from the street kept us awake( we were in the basement rooms, which are newer but noisier). Upstairs, be warned, it is a shared bathroom.
To conclude, if you get it for a cheap price and if it is only for short time, it is a passable hotel.
