Nice people and excelent service. The location is perfect (near Dam square and Anne Frank Museum), the atmosphere is great and at the same time, you can take your time to relax without city noises.
Highly recommended!!!

I've stayed here twice. It's my favorite hotel in Amsterdam. Different rooms each time, but both came with a private balcony with room to sit and relax. It's about a 10 minute walk from train station but public transport is easy. Good location. Best staff who are funny and helpful. Highly recommended.

This hotel has a perfect location. The hotel has a great admosphere and offers a fantastic service. When we arrived we could wait in the relax room before going to our rooms where our suitcase was already delivered. The room was small, but the space was optimally used. It looked well taken care of, nicely painted, comfortable beds and pillows and a clean bathroom. Free welcome drink, coffee and tea facilities in our room and also a free room upgrade. After we checked out it was no problem to leave our luggage in their storage room so we could walk around Amsterdam without suitcases.

Read a lot of great reviews of hotel nadia, and I was not disappointed. The hotel is centrally located, about a 2 minute walk from dam square, 3 tram stops from central station and a stones throw from Anne Frank house. We were greeted with a drink, and the staff were really welcoming. We had fresh flowers in the bedroom upon arrival which was a lovely touch! We requested a room with a balcony which are hard to come by in Amsterdam, and there were no problems at all. It was great with a lovely two seater bench which we enjoyed sitting on and watching the bikes and the people go by. Yes the rooms are small but many Amsterdam buildings are much the same, and again for the steep stairs. The staff were more than helpful, we asked for extras pillows (duck down by the way!) and they brought them to our room for us, gave us tips and directions etc and also not forgetting they were so friendly and chatty! the hotel owner is always about, he's very funny!
The roads are very noisy (especially the trams) but this didn't bother us since it was easy to sleep what with the beds being so comfy! All in all a fantastic hotel, probably one of the best I've been to, staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, excellent central location right in the heart of the city (that never sleeps!) We'll be back again and again and again, thanks to you all for a lovely stay

Room Tip: room with a balcony

I have never stayed in Amsterdam before and only needed two nights. Hotel Nadia was recently renovated and my room was very clean but tiny. I could touch the walls on both sides at the same time. The shower stall was suitable for only an average sized person at 58cm x 100cm. The bed for one was just wide and long enough for one. There was a chair and a desk, but I couldn't pull the chair back far enough to sit at the desk. This room was everything you needed and absolutely nothing you didn't need. The stairs up to the rooms was the steepest I have ever seen, but the porter took my suitcase and wouldn't let me take it myself. I was only paying 60 euro a night and the experience was quirky and fun. The staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and the internet solid and speedy. If you have more people, the rooms are more spacious. If you are an American, you have now been warned that every bit of space is used to it's maximum. Do take advantage of their contacts for parking your car if you drive in...street side parking is 5 euro an hour. Like other reviewers, I was greeted warmly with offer of a cold beverage and flowers were in the room. It was a nice touch.

Room Tip: Offer to pay for a double.
