If you are going to this hotel based on the pictures of the website, be aware that they are of the rooms from 3 stars onwards. Don't get anything else, or you will be truly deceived.
I booked my hotel through a website that did not explain this and when I arrived I was given a less than standard room... tiny, no decoration (although they said it was decorated), no comforts, but still a high price... I finally got a better one but had to really fight for it.
There are 2 buildings: the old one and the new one. From what I saw, the best rooms are in the new one.
The bed was very comfortable and the pillows like clouds :)
Breakfast not included. Very good location in the Damrak, 10 mins walking from the train station.
(so if you get a room that looks to the street you will have good views, but noise).
It was a good experience, but I would not repeat.More
