I am so sorry to say that it's not even a reasonable quality. Certainly not as good as you would expect for the prices charged. If you have travelled to Japan or everywhere else in the world, you will expect much more.

It is a dishonor to call this a Japanese restaurant. Having been to Japan three times now and eating in many teppanyaki restaurants, I agree with the opinion of another TripAdvisor Reviewer that you honestly can not believe what was served. Meat unevenly cooked with raw vegetables without any hint of reasonable sauce. Last but not least, the menu prices on the website differ around 20% from the prices charged. I recommend that TripAdvisor members skip this place.

Overall too expensive for what it is. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment.

The food was good. The service was very average. The atmosphere was non existant. The price was horribly expensive. One star at best.

A restaurant must have good food and service you make memorable dining experience.Decor is subjective but also necessary

Shashimi cut thick sublime.The spanish tuna ( possibly blue fin atun Atún Rojo de Almadraba is the best in Europe)

The set dinner was very enjoyable

Steak and mixed grill melt in the mouth

1. 3 hours for dinner - my guest ordered one dish waited 1 1/2 hours and took it as atake out - told kitchen cooks dishes in order of type ???

2. Waiting is a profession and employing willing young people in a high end restaurant without a maitre’de is a disaster

3. Virtually every order had to be chased up at least once.Even the drinks order couldnt be delivered correctly and together

We left the restaurant angry and I personally at a loss how they can serve great food and dont care about the poor attention to service. In Japan the owner would be humiliated by this review
