My 97-year old mother and I stayed in the hotel in two adjoining interconnected rooms where we could bring the dog. The hotel is a stone throw away from a nature reserve (Water cache) The frontdesk helped us with early check-in, good rooms, transfer of luggage, easy access, facilitating a dog sitter and so on. Recommend it wholeheartedly. However they have a carpet design in the halls that may confuse dog owners, You laugh in recognition when you visit

As a Bonvoy member, I am very pleased with this new hotel. The hotel is located just outside the city center but close to the central station. If you come by car, you can park in the parking garage "Paleiskwartier". There is a standard rate of € 20- per night. Then, you walk within 5 minutes to the hotel. On arrival, I was nicely welcomed as a Platinum member of Bonvoy by Sophie at the check-in desk and was assigned a room on the 8th floor. Sophie radiates genuine hospitality, and you can tell that she enjoys what she does. You could not wish for a better arrival. It was pretty hot in Holland, and they had closed the room's curtains and turned on the air conditioning so that the room had a comfortable temperature when I entered. A lovely spacious room (812) with a perfect king-size bed, large TV, Nespresso machine, and a nice bathroom with a rain shower. On the bed was a handwritten card with a friendly personal welcome message from Melle van Uden, the hotel's General Manager. The hotel has a rooftop bar and a restaurant on the 9th floor with a beautiful view over Den Bosch. Unfortunately, the restaurant is still closed, and the bar is not open daily due to staff shortages. Fortunately, the restaurant and bar on the first floor are open every day. The restaurant's food quality is good, and the service is excellent. The bar staff is motivated and very flexible. I was hungry for a beer with a portion of bitterballen; only the portion was rather large for one person; without hesitation, it was halved. See, that's service without discussion. Meanwhile, I have visited the hotel three times this month, and each time the experience was the same, namely outstanding. If you are looking for a hotel in Den Bosch, this hotel is worth considering, especially in terms of hospitality and price/quality ratio.

Beautiful hotel, clean, spacious and comfy rooms, close to the railway station and the inner city. Great service and good breakfast buffet.
Good price. We would definitely book again if we’re staying in Den Bosch

Amazing stay! Very comfortable beds and super friendly staff. De bar/restaurant on the top floor is so pretty en nice to sit outside on the terrace.

Just a small point of improvement:

It would make more sense and be more guest friendly, if there was a small bottle of water for each person instead of 1 small one that you had to share now.

We will come back soon!

The Den is The hotel to stay in when you are visiting Den Bosch. The design is amazing and the restaurant delicious. I stayed in room 808 which has a unique view on the city. Meeting rooms and break outs were perfect. We finished the day with a great cocktail in the rooftop bar, a unique experience!
