As we were staying at the Atlantis by Giardino, we could not pass up the opportunity to dine at the 2 Michelin-starred restaurant. This does come at a price, but if you can swing it, you need to get over it and enjoy the excellent service and flawless presentation of the flavourful dishes. The only hiccup was that the server forgot which type of water we wanted. (there are a restricted number of diners and not all tables were occupied.)
We had the chef's tasting menu which in our experience is always a good idea. Preceding the 5 courses, were several gifts from the kitchen so I am unsure of the number of courses that we actually had. They pace everything so that you are not rushed and can enjoy the presentation and the flavours of the food. At the conclusion of the meal, we were invited to meet the chef and the team. This was a once in a lifetime experience!
