We stayed for three nights on a business trip. We had a room on the first floor (2nd floor for Americans) which overlooked the peaceful garden. There were shutters and curtains, which meant that the room was dark for sleeping. Although there is no air-conditioning, we could open a window at night and we slept really well. The hotel is clean and the breakfast had a selection of boiled eggs, cheese and meats as well as pastries and wholesome Swiss bread. The homemade berry Bircher muesli was delicious.
