Not a bad selection. We had fondue with pears and a nice dry white wine from Sion. I've lived in Switzerland for 3 years and know a good fondue when I have one. My one bad remark was that the bread was so chewy!!!! I'm not as upset as a true Swiss would be, but it was pretty bad. I took my friend from London here who absolutely loved it! Probably why it's a tourist spot and not for locals. Otherwise, staff was nice, spoke French, English and German and I heard some Italian, typical of all Swiss. Reasonably priced compared to the other places we looked at. Wine + fondue for 2 people expect about just under 100 CHF.
