I stayed here for 3 nights in Summer, passing through on a hiking holiday.
Whilst not glamorous, the hotel offered all you need at a good price, with clean, fresh rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff.
English skills were great , which is gold in terms of working out the town and where to go.
A short walk to shops and a shorter drive out of town to the north.

Hotel Baeren is a very interesting hotel. It has a lot of wood panelling throughout which gives an almost sombre appeal. We stayed for two nights and our room was quite large with a small lounge and a table with two chairs, handy if you felt like having a meal in your room. The hotel has a very good and quite substantial sized pool for such a facility. It was very enjoyable to relax in it after a day walking about. The bed was comfortable with two individual duvet's. Breakfast was adequate. We dined in the restaurant on one night and the food was fine and tasty. Overall a good experience.

The first stop on our train tour we chose this hotel. Mostly because of it location to the station.
It certainly is not modern and has an interesting history. Lots of pictures on the walls.
There is no AC but so we took the duvet cover off and used it as a top sheet and slept with balcony door open. Room was very small and rustic very much a ski resort look. We had a beautiful view of the town. It was walking distances to some very good shopping and restaurants. Food in the restaurant was very good.
They have a pool and sauna.

We stayed in this hotel on a Cosmos Tour. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The reception people were very helpful and friendly. The dinners and breakfast buffet were good. They are in a good location in St Moritz. At bit away from the shops but within walking distance. They provided us with a transportation pass and ideas for things to do while we were there. I would stay there again.

This hotel was a fair distance from the railway line and didn't have safety box. It had a balcony and the room was a reasonable size. The bath over the bath was small and little bit dangerous. The breakfast was one of the worst we had in Switzerland no fresh fruit and only scrabble eggs

Room Tip: A view to the mountains and a balcony
