Last Saturday we had one of the best dinner experiences ever. We have been to quite a few Michelin-stared restaurants in the past months but Ecco by chef Rolf Fliegauf really stands out. The food was unbelievable. Everything from the first snack to the very last petit fours was well composed. Especially the scallop-course blew my mind.
We had the chance to drink some perfect matching wines served by the very charming team of Jenifer Fliegauf.
All in all it was an evening that couldnt have been any better.
If you are around in Switzerland, I strongly recommend to eat at this place.
Note: For summer the restaurant moves to Ascona in the south of Switzerland, as chef Fliegauf mentioned at the end of our evening.
