We stayed here with a Rick Steves Tour, 28 of us, had a great room with two windows and a small balcony. views of the alps and the cows grazing with their wonderful bells sounding. The room was clean, older and nothing fancy, with no outlets except the ones for the tv and lamp. Great hooks near the door to hang your jackets or backpack.
The tub/shower combo was really high and difficult to get in and out of for us older ladies.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of food although some of us had to wait a long time for eggs to be refilled. The waiting staff were two young men, dropped a lot of plates at two dinners and were slow on bringing food. But they were friendly. The food wasn't anything exceptional but it was good.
The views and the location make this place.... nothing like having the moon rise you from your sleep early in the AM to see it over the Alps... Stunning and memories we will hold dear. The Village is lovely, no autos', fun to walk, hiking trails near by, paragliding and views to die for.
The hotel is comfortable and friendly.More
