A bit too expensive for the price. It doesn't have any restaurants for dinner though they do provide a good breakfast. The rooms are a tad bit smaller than expected. Decent property to stay in. Location is the major plus as it is walking distance to major attractions and the train station.

If you want a fancy hotel you’d need to pay a lot more or compromise on location. Switzerland is expensive so although this hotel is basic it ticks all the boxes with clean and spacious rooms and facilities. Helpful staff and a tasty plentiful breakfast. Parking €15 Euro a day. The fact that the building is shared with a hospitality school and business offices is certainly unusual but is not any inconvenience. If you are on a budget you can’t go wrong with this hotel and I would recommend it.

Set directly on the Reuss river wth overlooking views and rooms facing toward Mt Pilatus. Fantastic view. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Fine buffet breakfast provided. Walk out to paths leading straight to the city and a host of tourist spots, 5-10 minutes away to Chapel bridge. Easy access to the train station and harbour for river cruise. No complaints.

We stayed in a triple room for two nights on level 3. Having the balcony overlooking the river and mountains was AMAZING. One problem was the balcony was inundated with bugs. This meant we couldn’t keep the balcony door open at all due to the bugs flying in the room (such a shame). We found check in to be friendly and informative. The breakfast was great and offered a great choice of foods. The only problem with breakfast was the behavior of the other guests all from a particular region of the world. The staff worked hard to clean up and cater to their demanding needs. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

The entrance and left are shared with the Business Hospitality school .. turn left for hotel and right for school. Receptionist very helpful with maps and timetables and hotel is exactly 12 mins walk from the station.

Just outside old town centre. Room was clean and decent bathroom. Breakfast was a generous buffet. Just felt a bit over priced though.
