Friendly, helpful staff, clean, close to airport, fast WiFi. Free shuttle to the airport on request starting at 5h30. The shuttle from the airport may not always be available - I arrived around 19h on a Saturday and was told it would not run until 10 pm. But the #10 bus runs frequently and drops off about 100m from the hotel or it would be maybe a 15 min walk.

Helpful staff, free shuttle to the airport, location is near the airport. free bus to the city centre. City centre is 15-17 minutes away if one takes a bus. strange smell at the reception. the rooms need restoration. In general, a good hotel to stay, my room had lot of space.

PROS:
Cleanness: daily and perfect room cleaning.
Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I would even say that if the hotel still have guests - it is 90% because of the staff.
Windows can be opened to a rather quiet street, I worked in the evening near the opened window, a very nice feeling.
Quiet neighbourhood with a big area of country-like villas in front of the hotel.
Close to the airport (3 short stops by a trolleybus!)
They give a "Geneva card" to all guests for the entire period of stay - the card is valid for all public transportation in the city and also for some of the boats on the lake.
Coffee machine in the room.
Fridge is a regular small fridge and not that stupid "electronic minibar" which does not allow to put anything in it. This one allows to put milk, several packs of cheese, yogurt, cherries, things like that.
A direct trolleybus almost to the city center (a walking distance form the lake).
Two very reasonable shops at the gas stations right next door - and they sell fresh vegetables, milk, yogurt and all very nice cheeses (i.e. tete de moins, gran padano, etc) as well as such useful things as napkins, soaps, plastic tableware, hygienic goods, etc.
WiFi connection was ok. Not very stable but always available and easily reconnecting. They have three networks which you are free to choose from, all almost the same but at least you have a choice :)

CONS:
Breakfast is just awful - no healthy eating at all, only flakes, tiny pieces of cheese (comparable to an olive!), eggs are cold and painted in some orange paint (?) which as far as we guessed made them so untasty... What for??? Nothing hot at all except coffe and hot water. It sometimes is named a standard for the *** hotels but f.i. in Denmark they serve hot omelettes and sausages in such hotels with no problem. I do not see why other hotels guests should suffer from those awful breakfasts.
No good reastaurants nearby, just two Italian - and rather overpriced - restaurants, a small cafe which is open only in the morning and a couple of pubs/kebab houses down the road. No place to eat at all!
No soundprouf at all, if you have guests in the room next to yours you hear every sound they produce, literally every: chatting, water running, tv, etc.
I believe it is greatly overpriced, I do not see why it should cost that much. But I would say the same about all Geneva hotels. What for, what is the reason? The city is not as interesting as f.i. most of the big cities in Spain or Czech or other European countries while there you can have a nice **** hotel close to the city center (or right in it) with hot breakfasts, etc.
Interrior is shabby any with a slightest hint of taste or style. Simply ugly.
The bathroom has a shower so small that even me (some 5ft) can't comfortably stand in. And trust me I am rather slender and do not like complaining without a reason. But that shower was just almost impossible to stand in. The shower "pan" was ragged. The water splashes out the tiny shower place all over the bathroom floor and you can't comfortably stand out of the shower - everything is covered with water.
Airport is close which means you will hear airplanes taking off and landing.
Neighbourhood - despite the area with thise country- like houses across the road - is very ugly: mostly grey-coloured concrete buildings of the 1970-s style.

This is really a strange hotel. It's more close to a B&B than to what nowadays we call a hotel, specially the ones in the big chains. First, the staff is very helpful. They'll pick you up from the airport whenever you need just cal them, the same when you need to return. It has 2 floors, and as already described is in the lower floors of an office building. The rooms are big. I was staying alone and got a double bed + single bed. In the room there is a minibar with drinks, and a Nespresso machine with capsules. There is also a safe in the room that can accommodate a laptop easily. It's very clean. You get the usual toilleterie in the bathroom. It's right as previously commented by other reviewers that the rooms need some upgrade. The breakfast is very simple: a classic continental style but with very tasty croissants. You must remember that is is a 3 star hotel, like the Ibis for example and you get more for the same price. Also very important you get free WIFI internet, good speed, always worked. It's really close to the Airport and the PALEXPO (20 min walk), or you can take the bus. It's also a direct bus to the city center. I stayed for one week, and I was happy that I decided to choose the hotel. Almost forgot the Italian restaurant just by the hotel is excellent.

Room Tip: If in summer ask for a room with A/C, not all rooms have.
