We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Alsagra in August. The views from the terrace, the pool, the windows were spectacular: rolling hills, olive groves, twinkling stars at night. The children made friends instantly with the other children and rambled the grounds for hours, swimming, playing, feeding the goats. Meanwhile the adults relaxed and quietly made friends with their neighbours too. We loved every single minute of it. Alsagra is simply wonderful. Our apartment was clean, well equipped and had plenty of room for four. Everyone loved the pool. It was big enough for adult swimming even when the children were playing in there. On a hot day in Umbria it was a welcome oasis. Thank you so much to Helen, Steve, Poppy and Michele for making it all possible.
