This is a nice hotel with a large lobby area, an open bar, and a good restaurant. The room is spacious and comfortable. Ther's a big hotel garden with many olive trees and other plants, which is a pleasant surprise for tourists. A short stroll in the garden at sunrise was relally refreshing!

dated and dark room. We woke upto no power in the room. Hard to communicate in english with the front desk. Bathroom was dirty, hair dryer looked like a vacuum, and I could have spent an hour barely drying my hair. I did not like the hotel. The man at the front desk was rude and not helpful.

Quick view:

Hotel is nice from the outside. Walking in, the common area is quite large and nicely decorated. The rooms are large and clean.

Day 3, one night in this hotel. The place is nice. Bed is not very comfortable and pillows are small. We got a king bed (2 twins together) so it was big. The room is large with plenty of room to spread out. Large closet which can hold big bags. If your here for the same tour we did then you won't have time to unpack as you'll be in this hotel for less than 12 hrs.

The breakfast is mostly breads, there are some eggs and meat but scrambled eggs are not very good.

The staff is nice when you check in however if you want a drink from the bar or you have a problem with your roomp you will get attitude, perhaps any eye roll.

If you have hair and you want to dry it I recommend you bring your own hair drier.

Slightly out of town (about 4km to main Siena square) but in a lovely location, they have room and should easily fit an outdoor pool which would be a fantastic idea. Lovely large reception area, good staff at desk and bar, good sized rooms with AC that's controllable, mini-bar and a comfortable bed. The bar area or outside to have drinks is a pleasant noise-less area. Breakfast was typically continental fare buffet style more than adequate.

Stayed for one night with COSMOS TOURS. Discovered good coffee with breakfast. We felt this set the proper standard. A welcome improvement on the previous hotel in chaotic Rome. No adverse comments to make. Hence this hotel is better than average. You might need to bring your own kettle, travel plug adaptor and powdered beverages in sealed bags. Now we realise that welcome trays are not to be expected in Italy.

Room Tip: Room with a view of the hills
