Well this was our first time choosing a house instead of a hotel. And i must admit that i had some doubts…. But the apartment was delightfully furnished and that location! OMG. It was really in the heart of the city. Right next to the places that you would go.
Also there was this booklet of recommendations for the guests to explore. It was very helpful too.

The owners were vets sweet and helped us with all the details.

We just felt like home…

Will definitely visit again and stay at Condotta Suite 14.

Spectacular!

Alessandro and Nermin are wonderful hosts. They have an extremely lovely apartment in the central of Florence. It is 3 minutes walk to Uffizi and 5 minutes walk to Duomo. Upon my arrival, Nermin made great recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops and shoe stores. She even took me on a quick tour of the area to familiarize me with the area. Their apartment is very clean, has all the amenities required for cooking and comfortable bed. Alessandro and Nermin also provided a bottle of wine, coffee and tea. 5 star hotel experience but felt just like home, with all th comforts provided. I really enjoyed my stay. This was my best air bnb experience so far. I would recommend Condotta suite 14 to anyone visiting Florence and hope to stay there again if I go back.

AMAZING! Don’t look any further stay here! My mother and I had a wonderful stay at Via Condotta suite 14, everything was perfect, I could not have asked for a better experience. It is right in the very center of Florence, location could not be better. The apartment is just beautiful, it’s bright, and stylishly decorated in a classic modern way. There are wooden floorboards throughout a great kitchen with all new modern appliances, a very comfortable and inviting lounge room, and the main bedroom is especially stunning! Much better than a hotel room, lovely detail in the decoration and its own elegant bathroom. Very fast Wi-Fi, everything in the apartment works perfectly. Alessandro and Nermin are incredibly considerate and caring hosts who have thought of everything you could possible need. They were very generous with their time and showed me many wonderful places to go in Florence. They were very quick to reply to any question I had about Florence. Staying in their apartment made all the difference to my stay and I recommend it to everyone.

A really delightful weekend away in a gorgeous apartment! Allessandro''s place is right in the heart of Florence, you couldn't ask a for a better location. The apartment felt like home and had everything we could have ever needed, including a lovely bottle of Chianti wine! We woke up each morning to the sound of horses walking down our street and the Duomo's bell chiming. We couldn’t recommend the Condotta Suite any more highly, thankyou for making our weekend getaway so great.
