“Fantastic view from the rooftop!”

Travelling in a group of five adults, we spent three nights in this convenient apartment which is centrally located in the heart of Florence. It is an easy walk to the train station and close to all the attractions and many restaurants. We were met by Emanualle who recommended good places for coffee, gelato, and restaurants. They were flexible accommodating an early arrival. The views from the terrace made for pleasant evenings with a glass of wine. We had a fabulous stay.

“Perfect views”

Well worth a top rating because of the superb views from the balcony (really as in the photos), the excellent central location (convenient for groceries, station and restaurants, as well as the sites) and the very helpful service (very friendly welcome and they sorted a small problem in the bathroom on the same day). Be aware that there is air conditioning only in two rooms and there are some 90 steps (no lift). Apartment suited us all perfectly, however, and made for a wonderful stay, even in 38-degree temperatures!

“Another excellent stay”

This was the second time we had stayed in Cathedral View and again we were not disappointed. We were showed around the apartment again to re-fresh us where everything was and all paperwork was efficiently sorted out upon arrival.
The apartment is in need of some repair in places but otherwise was an excellent place to stay. We will definitely be back again soon.
