Stayed in this apartment for three months previously,
Current stay was 6 months November 2015 - May - 2016. For me, a perfect location.
2 bedrooms, two baths, great kitchen to cook (5 gas burners), nice dining area, comfortable living room, built-in wine cooler, A/C works well, have rented in the summer and it keeps the place cool and comfortable, wintertime it's comfortable. Amazing view of the Duomo from every window on the primary floor. Nice cotto floors, WiFi coverage is excellent throughout the entire apartment. It feels like a house. I installed my office in the second floor bedroom, Second floor bedroom is a loft, but very private with massive storage space and a bath with shower easy steps up from living room. Main bedroom, very private, opposite end of the apartment and this bedroom is very quiet. The Bells will get you up in the morning
Location , for me, is the best part of Florence, everything you want is with a 2-10 minute walk Literally. Bar/coffee, pastry, supermarket, clothes, panini, fine dining, clubs, farmacia, ... literally everything. 1-10 Minute walk and all of Florence is yours, Bargello, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Duomo, San Lorenzo, Santa Croce, Mercato Centrale, Oltrarno, Cabs are easy to get, buses down the street .... many important ancient palazzi on the street..
Incredibly well maintained by Apartments Florence. Anything you need, done quickly. Great group of people. Few very minor issues, all were resolved promptly, seamlessly and easily.
Definitely renting from Apartments Florence later in the year. My fourth time renting with them, no need to look anywhere else, they set the standard.

This apartment served as an excellent place to explore Florence for our family of four (kids are 8 and 10). The obvious attraction was the view of Il Duomo which reminds you every moment of what a beautiful city you are in. There is no doubt we will remember this trip to Florence fondly.
On a more practical level, the place was impeccably clean, modern and well furnished. The location meant we walked almost everywhere within 10 minutes and there are a couple of places to shop for food within 5 minutes. With an excellent coffee shop and gelateria within 10metres of the main door, both the kids and parents were definitely well catered for at breakfast!
The check in process with Apartments Florence was faultless and I would thoroughly recommend their service as well as this flat.

2 reviews This is a beautiful apartment in a great location with a stunning view! The apartment was very well equipped with every thing we needed. Gabriel, who met us and checked us in helped carry our suitcases up the 4 flights of stairs. He also gave us great helpful hints about the city and points of interest. The apt is located near a nice piazza with several good restaurants. The only down side was having to climb to the 4th floor after a long day of sightseeing. Also, the upstairs air conditioner struggled to keep up on the hottest nights in August, but it was acceptable. Overall, it was a great apartment and we would definitely stay here again.

We visited Florence for 5 nights and this apartment was pretty much perfect. We were met by the rep (who is based on the same street) who helped lug one of the cases up the 5 flights of steps to the top floor. The apartment is clean, modern, well equipped and exactly as shown in the photo's. The Duomo is in view from all the living room / kitchen / bedroom windows and it was lovely to open these in the morning and watch / listen to the swifts feeding in flight. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walk, a buzzy little square full of eating places almost at the front door and the main sights are all within an easy stroll - despite this the apartment was a haven of peace. All in all a brilliant alternative to a hotel. Highly recommended.
