My boyfriend and I stayed there for less than a week, we were just looking for a place to leave the bags and sleep at night. They were really helpful at reception and gave us a map of the city and some indications of where to buy food and bus tickets. They weren't openly nice but they weren't rude either and they were helpful so I have no complaints about that. The breakfast buffet was huge and everyone can find at least one thing to enjoy. The room was clean and every morning you could see that someone had taken the trash out and made the beds.
The hostel is LITERALLY glued to a church so be ready to wake up with the bell rings, but if you are like me and you sleep like a rock, it won't bother you.
If you are just looking for a place to leave your bags and sleep like we were, it's a good hostel to stay, keep in mind that you will probably need to ride the bus but the way to city center is beautiful, I would definitely stay there again.

Super clean and very quiet hostel, just around the corner from Campo di Marte train station (1 stop away from Santa Maria Novella train station, and 30 minutes walk to downtown). The dormitory rooms are spacious and clean, with a large personal locker for each guest (bring your own lock) and a desk. There are computers available for guests, a large common area and front garden with patios, tables and chairs. I had an awesome sleep and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast there. The staff is kind and helpful... I would definitely go back!

The hostel is right next to the bus stop and as walking is not an option you can pick from this location, thats a good catch. Early checkin is provided if the rooms are ready before time which is very good in case you are travelling for long.Train Station is 15mins of bus ride away. The rooms are big with share and private bathroom options however the bathing space in the bathroom is too small to even lift an arm and is very uncomfortable. Many food options are available around the hostel as its on a busy road. Its a good option if you on a budget.

This is my second stay at 7 Santi with a group of 26 people. The perfect location, well run with a 24 hour desk, laundry, outstanding food at very good prices. It is so easy to manage a group when staying at this hostel. Public transport is easily accessible taking no more than twenty minutes to be in the heart of Firenze. You can even walk it.
The hostel itself has a good sense of community and the garden is the ideal venue to meet new friends. I will be back with future groups.

This hostel had decent sized rooms yet tiny bathrooms! The beds were comfy and the overall hostel was good! The breakfast was pretty average but was still okay! The food and bar seemed okay! Overall would recommend this place!
