We got introduced from our friends how excellence of this place. So exciting to come to Florence and find out, it turned out to be much more what we heard and expected. First of all, this place is far from normal tourist could reach, so we couldn't ask for more where local eats. (you took a bus from center and taxi back) We had like testing menu which I didn't even dare to count how many dishes we had. We even learned that Carmine (owner) just picked his olive making his own olive just 3 days old. (one of many reasons how great of his food) He walked us through each course with simply joy and pleasure of all senses. The next couple days later, we bought fresh white truffle and we asked our friend to ask him if he could be available to cook for us with truffle. Therefore, we came back and Carmine extend a little mushroom to 4 courses (plush 2 more) with pairing 2 kinds of wine. It was the most memorious dinner for live.
