We made the mistake of not making a booking, but lucked out and got the last table. We felt comfortable the moment we sat down and the waitresses took the time to laugh with us even though they were very, very busy. The starters set the tone. The pheasant ravioli in truffle sauce was one of the best appetizers of my life. And the spinach salad with shaved parmesan & truffled carpaccio was amazing as well. Our mains: boar stew with polenta, eggplant parmesan , and roast pork were all extraordinary. We enjoyed a bottle of Carmignano with dinner and some Vin Santo with our tiramisu. It was a fantastic meal and a memorable evening. Can't wait to go back.
