Lovely place with lots of history, places to eat and ice cream parlours. Would definitely visit again.

Simply stroll your way around in this little charming city. Get lost inside the small street and don’t forget the many small museums like the Leonardo daVinci or the Papirus one. Take your tome and spend an hour in the puppet theater, and many more.

Just have a walk and have an appetizer or ice cream and enjoy this beautiful place; plenty of vicoletti.

Loved this area - spent 4 days here and could happily have spent longer. Walk around or hire a bike and just wander the streets and alleys

Visited in March and it was quiet and uncrowded. Great choice of bars and restaurants. Greek and Roman ampitheatres are worth a visit. Boat trips vary in cost and quality it seems; we used "dolci escursioni". Simple small boat for an hour and they were happy to haggle on price. If you're planning on hiring a car and driving here or in any of the towns in the area be advised that the side streets are very narrow and locals won't give you any leeway so no chance of reversing! A beautiful town in a beautiful island
