I booked this property 6 months before for a week end. 10 days before my arrival I received a text from the manager of the residence advising that second night of the booking the apartment was not
available due to a double booking. Without apologies advised that I will be transferred to a uglier apartment. I managed to cancel it! Avoid disappointment, book something else!
I am aware that, after Booking.com phone call, Mrs Renna is trying to deal with the situation within 24hours.
Although I am a loyal and long term client of your website and I must say that I am quite disappointed for the above mentioned situation.
Therefore, to avoid further upset, I have decided that I am going to cancel the reservation and book another accommodation with a difference web siteMore
