Paola “aka Pablo” is the chef and owner, He is present in the dining room and available to answer any questions on the menu. Wonderful meal, delicious flavors. As an American in a crazy southern Italian city, this restaurant was a welcome respite.
We had just finished driving through Palermo in a rental car on a Friday night. Yikes! Paolo and his food calmed our nerves and happily filled our bellies. Kids were very happy with their meals as well.
