The plus points of this hotel are the great location for sightseeing and to the train station. The room was also very well appointed.

Downsides were the beds were very hard, and we went for breakfast at 9.15 to be told there was no bread left! One poor guy was trying to restock the buffet and make hot drinks. It was disappointing that if breakfast is advertised as being available until 10 that it has run out of things already.

Just returned from a trip to Sardinia/ Corsica. Stayed at the Hotel Flora for a few nights in between travels. Arranged everything before hand via e mail (a few months in advance) and everything turned out perfect including airport transfers. Property is well kept and clearly well loved. Central/ excellent location to walk around center of town. It is located very near airport. Everything worked in our room which was spacious and clean. Front desk staff (Francesca) out of this world reliable with everything! (ask for her if you call) She arranged for all transfers to-from airport/ local car rental/ She has good local knowledge and was very nuanced to our needs.
We will most certainly stay there when we go back to Corsica!

Room tip: rooms are spacious, clean, we were happy with our room.

Either for holidays or a business trip hotel flora is located a couple of minutes from the port, the seafront and the shops
Renovated rooms, clean, type of mattress hard. The staff is very polite and helpful. I would gladly return for another stay!
Vera at the front desk has been great! Thank you!

We only stayed 1 night it was our last night after 2 weeks torturing Sardinia. The staff were friendly hotel quirky but interesting. Room was ok there was a few broken parts in the bathroom ( which I'm surprised hadn't been fixed you couldn't miss them being broken) bed was comfy the view from the window was disappointing of residents gardens not very nice. Glad we only stayed 1 night

We arrived before the check-in time (14.00) and were pleasantly greeted by the lady on the desk who arranged for our luggage to be stored until we were allowed in.
The room we paid for was a Deluxe Double (Room 301) which was excellent. Very large bathroom (no bath but a hi-tech shower), twin sinks & bidet. What was really great was the room has a furnished terrace with rattan sette & two chairs. We spent a lot of time out there.
The bed was very good (quite firm but comfortable) & the room was equipped with air-conditioning which was needed.
The breakfast was adequate with rolls, bread, croissants, plenty of fresh fruit & fresh coffee, so no problem there.

The hotel location couldn't be better. 200 metres away is the rail station, bus terminus & ARST coach terminal. The via Roma nearby is a very nice road where you walk under galleries with coffee shops & high-end shops
.
The Castello district & shopping area are close-by as well so the hotel is ideally situated.

You will never go hungry during a stay in Cagliari!
So to summarise, a great hotel in a good location at a very reasonable price & somewhere we would stay again but would need room 301!

Room tip: My choice would be Room 301 again.
