We could have stayed in this hotel for a long time. Absolutely stunning room, wonderful restaurant, charming staff, manicured grounds. There is really nothing more you could want. The location is also pretty excellent.

We stayed for one night on our return to Cagliari. Our hotel room was up in the attic but very spacious and very clean. Good facilities in room and shower room and a nicely cooked breakfast in the morning. This is a very new hotel but I did expect more sun loungers in the garden for guests to relax upon. It was a lovely garden however and well tended.
We were given excellent advice on where to eat that evening and had a lovely meal in the city centre.

My family including my wife and three kids had a very delightful and pleasant visit at Villa Fanny for one night. I would describe Villa Fanny as a tranquil and quaint getaway for mostly couples. The rooms and interior of hotel are spacious and gorgeous-very contemporary. A pool would have been nice in courtyard but there is only a small plunge pool. The hotel is located on a residential street so there isn’t much happening right nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to get to cafes and shops. I recommend the hotel books for you tour of old city of Cagliari-well worth it..

Stayed here for a week while exploring southern Sardegna. Beautifully restored building that was once an abandoned convent in a quiet part of Cagliari. The city is only 5 minutes walk away but you are in another world here. Stunning decor, thoughtfully presented and very comfortable rooms, enormous breakfast and lovely garden area. No restaurant on site as yet, but delicious snacks are available all day and are supplied gratis with evening drinks. We really enjoyed doing this while sitting out in the garden area. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The Villa Fanny staff are an added bonus - just lovely!

We stayed here just one night on the way up the coast. One night was not enough. The rooms are fantastic. We stayed at the Fanny suite, which had it's own sauna and steam room. I love the little details in the room like the antique books casually displayed around. Beds were comfortable and the amenities decadent. Only down side of the hotel is that other than breakfast and aperitivo, they did not serve any other meals. That's ok as the city centre is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There, you will find so many restaurants and shopping options.

Room tip: Although there is an elevator, there are still a flight of stairs to get up to the suites. Not convenient when you have heavy luggage!!
