We stayed here for one night on our way to Tuscany. We arrived in the early evening, having driven from southern Germany. The owner, Gabriel, was waiting for us and, despite a leg injury, did his best to show us the B&B's facilities. We were very impressed with the eco-friendly design of the premises and, while others may prefer a more traditional Italian style decor, we were very happy with what we found. We ate at a local restaurant and returned to the B&B to take advantage of the view of Verona offered by the roof terrace and a botle of wine which we purchased from Gabriel. The only disappointment of the experience was breakfast. This consisted of pre-packed Italian-style croissants and biscuits. The coffee machine/water boiler allowed us a cup of tea and a cup of cappucino each. This had to be consumed in the room, as there is no breakfast room as such.

We are three mature couples, who are well travelled, and have just spent 7 days in this excellent B & B., just ten minutes by bus from the centre of Verona.
The owner, Gabriele could not have been more helpful, offering us transport by his car from time to time.
The eco friendly building is very new, and one of the attractions for us was the fact that each bedroom had its own ensuite. We also made good use of the top floor Terrace, as the weather was very good during our stay.
Good public transport from 50 mtres - and free street parking for those with cars.
Also a number of local restaurants if you dont want to go back to town after a busy day. Just ask Gabriele. We did a bit of both.

Room Tip: All three doubles are more than adequate

Well, surrounded by wood, even the breakfast is organic! two days to visit Verona and the Opera in Arena, Gabriel (the owner) is very friendly and made us free shuttle service . We tried the orthopedic mattress in corn fiber, slept very well ... great!!!
Last night we did a barbecue on the terrace with the delicious wines of Vapolicella!

Room Tip: Suite Castelvecchio ... wonderful

One of the best B&B I've ever stayed in. Found this place through bedandbreakfast.com. Immediately was attracted to the "green" aspect of the building and the interior, very similar to Finnish and Nordic interior design.

Really easy to reach by car, only 2 km from Autostrada A4. Very nice free parking in the neighbourhood.

We found out on the first night that Gabriele, the owner, was interested in wine, especially in local Valpolicella and Amarone wines. And of you like wines, there's so much wines to choose from in the local restaurants. We bought a couple of really nice bottles of Amarone and Valpolicella wines from Marco Mosconi, a local winery. http://www.marcomosconi.it/p

Reaching the city is easy by bus, cost is 1,30€/person one way. You can buy tickets at local tabbachi (tobacco) stores and newstands.

For eating and drinking I can recommend Viaroma33 (http://www.viaroma33cafe.it/), Restaurant Liston (http://www.listonristorantepizzeria.it/).
