The location of the hotel is excellent. A few steps from the Arena and very close to all the major sites.

The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The room we stayed in was lovely - large and beautifully decorated. As for breakfast - on our entire 3 week trip to Italy, this was the best breakfast by far!!!

After 4 weeks in all sorts of accommodation, we loved this hotel. Right in the centre of town, an easy walk from the bus stop after the train, very helpful staff, great breakfast, fast WiFi, windows that open and a superb shower. Renovations have been completed in the past year and the minimalist decor fits the venue and furnishings.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that doesn't face the street - the cleaners start very early in Verona!

What a great hotel. You would expect the name of the hotel to be coming from the fact that Verona is indeed the city where Romeo and Juliet had their fateful relationship and the devastating finale. The hotel is located directly inside the courtyard where Juliet's home was - the terrace where she leans out when Romeo serenades her is right there in front of the hotel.
Not only is the location fantastic, the ambiance is fluffy romantic (for those that have an inclination to such style) and the rooms have a super clean feel, with a certain warmth glowing from it, and how comforting it is to lie back after a busy day walking around town on crisp, white sheets - and a perfect breakfast the next day which is served in the comfort of your own room.
Verona is a small, quaint town. I figured if I'm going here only once in my life, why don't I stay at the hotel with the name that brings everyone here?
I must add that the fabric/ quilt shop was quite nice as well - super friendly staff and great service. They will sew in your name/ messages into hand towels, potholders, and other items they have in the shop - great souvenir to take back.

Hotel was nice, not the best but for the price we paid it was great.
Location is second to none, right in center of all the action but yet very quiet, clean and staff were really polite and helpful.
Room was a bit smallish side but had nice big bathroom and shower, amenity was kinda basic but still good. Breakfast was good too.
Only problems that we encountered were, Walls were paper thin at this hotel, we heard everything, every toilet flush, almost all the conversation from next room, and also Wifi was really slow and weak. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a great location with friendly service and good breakfast, go for this hotel, you won't be sorry.

Stayed here for my 40th birthday in April and it was wonderful! My husband usually stays here on business and is always happy there, hence the booking.
Firstly it's location is amazing....the arena is almost in touching distance and made a wonderful view from the balcony. We stayed in one of the hotels apartments to accommodate our two young children which was clean to a very high standard. The staff are so helpful and really made a fuss of our little ones, much to their delight. The other reviewers are right, the breakfast is lovely and kept topped up, again by the great staff. The only niggle was that the free wifi did not reach the apartment, so we had to use it in the reception area, but it was not really a problem.
This hotel is a gem and my only disappointment is that we didn't stay long enough! Can't wait to go back!

Room Tip: The Giulietta apartment has two large rooms and three balconies and was big enough to accommodate ou...
