Very modern hotel with a small bar, welcome drink, good breakfast facilities and very close to Verona's main attractions. My room was very big and well appointed, shower to die for! It was quite expensive at 200EUR/night when I stayed and I don't really know why as compared to Milan it's double the price, albeit it is in the centre.

Room tip: I had a room on the first floor which had a terrace which was great (as a smoker). Would be good also for morning coffee etc.

Dear Garry, thank you very much for having chosen us and for your kind review, we're glad everything was fine and you enjoyed your stay! Prices change everyday on the basis of period, concerts, festivities, etc and Verona in general has got this kind of prices, I don't know in Milan :)
We wish you would be soon our guest again in the future, kind regards, Arianna/Guest relator

Nice modern hotel located just outside of the old town wall. The room was a bit small but considering the fact that it had an entry hall it was of an average size. The bathroom was modern, average size too. Our room was on the 4th floor facing the courtyard so we even had a nice view. The free parking they advertised happened to be on the street, they just provide you with a parking permit, but parking was plentiful and we got a spot right in front of the hotel. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Overall it's a good place for a short stay.

Average hotel with small rooms. Arrived just before seven and finished booking just after, bar closed at seven so could not get a welcome drink which was offered, Be careful with parking your car, not a lot of spaces around

Dear guest, thank you for having chosen us and for your kind review, unfortunately welcome drink is in a time range - as breakfast is- for a staff organization reason. During summer we move it from 6.30 to 7.30. Kind regards, Arianna/Guest relator

We stayed for one night in Verona, and wanted a well located hotel.
I expected a budget stay, and that is exactly what we got.

The main problem was that in the time we visited - April - in most hotels in Italy, air conditioning is turned off. This was our fifth hotel during that particular visit to Italy, and in none of the other hotels we had problems (either aircondition was working, or the rooms were cool).
In here, it was untolerable.
We stayed at level one, which means barely any breeze, and to top it all - the room faces the main street in front of the hotel.
That means that if you leave the balcony open for some breeze, you need to deal with both mosqiros - which are plentiful by this time of year - and deal with the occassional loud traffic in the middle of the night (Italian traffic is quite loud - fast cars, lots of motorcycles).

To top it all, the shower is plain-out weird and miss-planned:
Its only boundry is a shower curtain, and a small slope into a drain - which means that every shower you floor the entire bathroom. On of the worst showers ever!

Breakfast was also lackluster - I've definitely had worst ones, but this one was tasteless and felt like airplane food.

The bright side? The staff is friendly, and the hotel is well located around 10-20 minutes from most tourist locations - and Verona is full of amazing landmarks.

Wasn't the best stay, but when in Europe, location is more important and accomodations - and this hotel has a good location.

Room tip: Take a higher floor, preferably facing away from the main street. Also, make sure there's airconditioning FUNCTIONING the time of your visit

Dear guest, thank you for having chosen us and for your review, we're sorry our hotel disappointed your expectations and we're sorry about it.
Anyway, we have to clarify some things you wrote.
First of all air conditioned is turn off in April because in Italy medium temperature is 18-22° C or less; in order to provide you AC we have to turn all the AC system on, but, at the same time, other guests ask for heating during the night because they are cold. The only thing we can do is keeping fan mode, in order to conciliate everyone (this behaviour is morover enviromentally-friendly!).
Second, your shower was simply for handicapped people; in fact, we must have (lawfully and ethically speaking) a precise number of disable rooms in relation with the total number of rooms.
Third, maybe you didn't like our breakfast but I can assure that food wasn't like 'airplane food': every product is fresh, there's salumi, fresh fruit, fresh eggs, fresh vegetables, fresh bread and croissant and homemade cakes.
Kind regards
Arianna/Guest relator
