My husband and I along with our three children(6,10,12) stayed here for a week in August and it was a great fit for us. It is always nice to have space when you are a family of five traveling in Europe. The loft area was set up as a twin bed and that gave us plenty of space. The location was fantastic as it was a quick walk to St.Mark's Square but nice not to be in the middle of all the action. We found a great cafe that made us "ice coffee" and Nutella crepes in the morning...right around the corner. The apartment is on the top floor of the building so be prepared for the stairs. There is an elevator that some of us would ride up and down but it could only fit 3 of us at a time. None of us minded the stairs! The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. It looked a lot like the online photos. The air conditioning and Wifi worked great! I was impressed with the bathrooms as we had a bathtub and a "fixed" showerhead in another(plus a blowdryer). There is also a laundry room on the ground floor but we didn't use it. Overall I think this is a great apartment for a family or someone spending a chunk of time in Venice. If you have a bigger group the other units they offer are all off the same hallway at the top of the elevator. I am sure they are all nice. I would stay here again!
