We stayed at the hotel as part of a trip and it did not disappoint! The hotel is so beautiful. The view from our window was breath taking. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. Complimentary wifi is only available in the Lobby. The food was very good as well as the servers. The location is about a 10 minute boat ride from the main part of Venice. The ferry runs directly from the hotel every 15-30 minutes depending on the time. I appreciated being away from the hustle of the main city. There are only a few restaurants within walking distance. Some better than others so do your research and make a reservation ahead of time. If I am ever fortunate enough to return to Venice, I will be staying at the Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel.

Our family of four (kids aged 9 and 12) just returned from three nights at the Molino Stucky. We liked the location outside of the busiest part of Venice. The hotel breakfasts were good and the dinner at the hotel restaurant enjoyable (while pricey). There are many nice little restaurants along the river for dinner.

During our first night, there was an incident with ants having occupied our family suite. We complained and the staff responded promptly and professionally and moved us into two new rooms. The following night they moved us into yet another room (a larger suite), so that we could stay together. That was very nice and appreciated. Overall though, having now seen four rooms at the hotel and comparing them to others in the same price range, the rooms were fine but not impressive. They were on the small side and there was a clear smell of mold. There was a smell of mold also in the hotel hallways, in some areas.

The pool was a bit of a disappointment. While the views are great, the pool area is not maintained well. Our kids went into the pool but came out after five minutes saying that the water was so murky that when diving, they couldn't see anything. I also saw a little girl slipping into the water as the pool side was so slimy.

This landmark hotel which was once a flour mill was renovated into this luxury hotel. Our room on the 7th floor had the most superb views over the channel, mesmerising just watching all the boats hustling along. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were bountiful and the staff friendly. The Sky bar was really a treat after dinner to relax with a drink and soak up the night views of Venice. I would recommend this hotel as you have space which is a premium in Venice. Tips would be watch boat shuttle schedule as peak times you are not guaranteed to get on and would need to wait. Also check in and out give yourself time as it tends to be busy.

Stayed here for our stop in Venice. Unfortunately it was not long enough. The hotel was stunning the view from our room breathtaking and the hotel amenities great. The only hotel I stayed at in Europe that had an ice machine which was heaven after weeks of lukewarm drinks. Defiantly one of my favorite hotels. Helpful staff.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights as part of our wedding anniversary celebration and we can thoroughly recommend it. Great service, lovely and friendly staff. Roof pool, Nutella Bar and dinner in ROMI the highlights. At the latter Giovanni in his capacity of restaurant manager was so attentive and offered great advice in terms of meal choices.
