Great place to relax and to discover Venice. Take your jogging shoes with you, so you can to a quick run to the Bienale Park close by. Check the restaurant in front of the hotel: Local. Expensive but outstanding

This a fantastic hotel. It is very central and is within easy walking distance of all the tourist attractions in Venice. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The hotel has wifi. Breakfast is of a high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would definifely reccomend it.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Venice. It is conveniently placed between San Marco, Rialto and Arsenale yet peaceful. Elena and her colleagues have created a beautiful hotel from her family palazzo and she fills it with care and attention for her guests. We have stayed three times now and look forward to our next visit. The title of this review says it all!

Dear Mr Skinner,

you're too kind! It is with pride that I say I am happy for having converted the family's home into a hotel and able to make our guests feel as at home.
I'm sure my grandmother would be proud of me!

Happy as always for having you as our guests, we'll see you next December.

Best wishes
Elena

The room; one of the guys at the lobby (the one with the real interest & knowledge ;-) told us we had the "children's room": a room on the top floor, with just a small window, low ceilings and simply no number on the door.

A most fabulous and stylish hotel in a quiet area but still only minutes from the madness of San Marco. Everything about this 'boutique' hotel was top quality, the friendly reception, our room (the garden room 123), the breakfast and the amazing imposing entrance just off a canal. This wonderful hotel made our three night stay in Venice perfect.

Room tip: Although we are sure all the other rooms are great, ours, room 123, an annex in the garden (yes, a garden in Venice!) was just fabulous.
