Venice - the city of water and gondola's ever where you can see. The hotel is nice and on the modern side. If you were looking for the traditional European hotel, I don't really think this is it; however the rooms were very nice and we were fortunate enough to have a really large terrace, with outdoor seating/furniture. I really enjoyed the hotels, on our group tour, not all being the same. I think the terrace was as large as our room, with views of mostly the rooftops of the buildings in front of us. However there was a small window of opportunity on the one side of the terrace, where you could actually just sit there and watch the gondola's glide by - now that was the view I really wanted to see. And even though it was small to us, it was still spectacular, since the rest of our group were not fortunate enough to have anything exterior (balconies and/or terraces).... From this location, we could walk in town and go for a gondola ride, or pick up a water taxi to visit the nearby glass makers, etc. Again, great location and amenities.

Room Tip: Water view would be the best; however remember you are not in Italy for the room

Great location (5 mins walk from the Rialto Bridge). Very large & well appointed rooms. Nice & helpful staff, smartly dressed, particular the staff in the restaurants. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of staff on hand to help. Would return again

We stayed as part of a tour of Northern Italy and were here for three nights. The location is right in the centre of all the tourist hotspots which could be a major selling point if mobility is an issue. If not then stay further out as Venice is not a large place and everything is walk or boatable.

The rooms were clean and well presented but not overly large or ornate, pretty much what I would expect from a middle ranking hotel.

The breakfast was again pretty good but I have had far better elsewhere and the food mostly catered to American tourists with very little that was traditionally Italian.

Overall not bad but not worth going back to.

Couldn't have found a more perfect location for my short trip to Venice. I was only there for 2 1/2 days to see a piece of the Biennale. The hotel was lovely; the staff helpful; and as I said, the location ideal.
