This hotel is superb. We loved everything about it. It has a nice, cozy feel to it. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home right away. Each staff member does an amazing job in remembering faces, and even what room number you're in. A very clean hotel. Very small showers, but easy to get used to.

It is located about two blocks from St Mark's square and the public vaporetto. Very easy to get around in this area. I think one of our favorite parts of the stay was the breakfast that was included. It was an amazing spread that was obviously catered towards American tourists, but so good. Eggs and sausage after so much pasta and bread was very welcomed. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Family stay including child aged 8. Beautiful old residence charming and historic. Tucked away behind the street literally 2min from St Marks square yet in a world gone by. Tiny alley way entrance silent and homely with superb staff and service. Lovely relaxing courtyard with flowers and birds (and very determined pigeons! :-) )
All the staff were so friendly and helpful. As an example I had enquired by email as to a triple room to be advised non avail so booked an additional single room on-line as I was travelling at last minute. Diego then rang me to say they had just received a cancellation and then proceeded to upgrade our double to a triple room and cancel without charge the additional single room I had moments earlier booked online (which was strictly speaking non-refundable). Superb service!
A wonderful place to stay highly recommended. Perfect location, staff and ambience.

Hotel Flora is a quaint, quiet hotel with a beautiful courtyard and very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was extensive and delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, being in the heart of the city with high-end shopping and walking distance to major sites, but off the beaten path, so you are able to decompress without a lot of loud tourists around. I do not know his name, but the morning/day front desk attendant was very helpful, even getting us tickets to a Vivaldi concert at a local church. It was the perfect ending to our time in wonderful Venice.

We stayed four nights at Hotel Flora to start our Italy trip. The hotel is in a quiet location off a high end shopping street. The staff is what makes this place special. We particularly enjoyed Vinicio, the bartender. He took great care of us each evening and was a lot of fun. The desk staff was equally terrific, with great recommendations and assistance for dinner. A great start to our trip.

This hotel is tucked away but right off the main street. The room looked down on a courtyard full of trees and flowers. The service is fantastic with emails from the concierge in advance of your trip. Great breakfast with eggs, pancakes, breads, deli...Rooms are small of course like all in Venice, but with high ceilings and large windows it does not seem as small.
