This booking was so smooth and easy. The apartment is spotless and has all you need for a stay. It is warm, spacious. I didn't try the sofa bed but the bed upstairs is extremely comfortable. The velux windows and shutters are great, making the bedroom bright by day, pitch black until you decide. All amenities function well and it was great to have the option of a bath. Cannaregio is a safe area and five minutes walk of Piazzale Roma, train station, vaporetti, etc. Venice is small and everything is in easy walking distance. Guido is a kind man with tremendous knowledge and an obvious regard for Venice. He took a lot care to ensure I had everything I needed but also explained a lot of Venetian history as we made our wat around town. I had no problems during my stay but I feel sure help would have been prompt and unstinting if I had needed it. Thank you Guido for a fabulous stay; I wish you every success with your other ventures and will be recommending your apartments to anyone I know thinking of a trip to the fascinating city of Venice.

The apartment was amazing, it had everything we needed and more. Location was good, very quiet and just around the corner from some great restaurants. Guido met us at the train station and helped with our bags on the short walk to the apartment. On arrival he went through how everything worked and then we did the paper work over cake and Prosecco, lovely. Guido then took us on a tour around the local area. Thanks for making our stay in Venice fantastic.

Kerry and I had a wonderful three nights at the Armonia. Guido met us at the railway station, in the rain and guided us back to the apartment with our luggage porter. Tip: for those of mature age, hire a porter for 25 euros as the stairs make it tricky to get heavy suitcases up and down.
Guido, delightful host, then opened a bottle of wine and shared a home made cake to welcome us. He is really a wonderful man. He did insist that we speak English slowly as he sometimes doesn't quite get it.
The apartment is better than the photos - upstairs, a large bed, ensuite and skylight. Plenty of storage space. Downstairs, two sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom, small patio.
Location - great. 5 minutes from the Grand Canal, station and easy walk to Rialto and St Marks. Very quiet at night.
Restaurants within an easy walk - 5 minutes maximum.
Water bus stop going both ways only 10 minutes away including the one going to the airport.
If we make it back to Venice, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Ciao Guido.

We looked at so many apartments before booking but kept coming back to this one. We were right to do so! We booked a private transfer from airport so owner came out to meet us along canal. We were welcomed with bottle of presecco and cake.Guildo is a very welcoming host he gave us tour of apartment and tour round local area. His English is very good even if he says not my husbands Scottish accent was more of a challenge for him!Told us bit about the history and left us with a map having marked best local restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything you need was very comfortable clean and spacious. The air conditioning make sleeping much more pleasant and we made good use of outdoor area for breakfast each morning.Although very well equipped if you are planning to eat in there is no oven or grill but why eat in anyway with so many good restaurants in Venice.Unfortunately we couldn't get table at Gam Gam just across the canal I would have loved to try it
It is in quiet location yet only a very short stroll from Grande canal, train station and water bus stops.or quieter Cannaregio canal and a scenic walk to St Marks.Guildo supplies several good guide books and we would recommend the walk around the Jewish Ghetto and the artist area of Dorsodure both very interesting and quite different from the main tourist routes. If we return to Venice I would not hesitate to book this apartment again can highly recommend it for comfort and great location.Thank you Guildo.

My husband and I rented this apartment during our Venice stay. It was well priced and easy to book. The apartment was big enough for more than 2 people. It was very clean and came with the essential items that we need, such as dishes, pans, glasses, soap, dishwasher, washer, hair dryer, wifi, A/C and... There was also a bottle of prosecco and a Venetian orange crumb cake waiting for us in the apartment upon our arrival.

Our host was very nice. He picked us up from the train station and gave a quick tour near the apartment. He also provided suggestions on where to eat and shop.
