My family of 4 stayed here for a night as we passed through Torino. We had a room for 4 which was perfect for us, bedding for 4, 2 bathrooms and space. It was room 502 and I would recommend it. The room, and bathrooms were in great condition, the bedding crisp and comfortable. We could not fault Sitea.

A great location for seeing and walking the city.
I've stayed in grander hotels and had bigger rooms but for our stay in Turin, this was perfect.
The rooms were tasteful if not large but for value, it was probably one of the better top hotels we stayed at in Europe.
One of the best features was the breakfast - we ate outside and shared it with some turtles which are apparently quite a feature.
If there was any proble, it was that when we travelled extensive roadworks were being done and it was difficult to get to the hotel.
Presumably that has all been completed by now.

This hotel is very nice, though a little quiet if you are looking for a lively hotel. It is in a great location, walking distance from pretty much everything there is to see in Turin. Breakfast is included in the price and it is way better than the typical hotel breakfast fare, with hot foods as well as cold. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and they seem to have fixed some of the problems mentioned by other trip advisor reviewers - we did have wireless internet access in the room (though it was a tad slow) and the TV was quite large and looked rather new (though the picture was not great). All in all I would highly recommend this hotel if you are travellingto Turin.

Set in the pedestrian area of the city, the hotel allows easy access on foot to almost everything. Otherwise the public transport is excellent.

Our room was large, with a sitting area and separate walk-in wardrobe area between the room and the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, with very nice linen and the bathroom huge with a really nice big shower (rainshower head) as well as a bath. All recently refurbished in a contemporary style, with wooden flooring and very nice stone tiles. We found breakfast offered a good range of sweet and savoury things together with plenty of fresh fruit. The staff were invariably helpful and friendly.

Like others, we were disappointed that the free WiFi was only available in public areas - it really is about time four star hotels provided it as standard in all rooms. Our room was on the top floor and, since the weather was very warm and sunny the room got very hot due to the sun beating through the large windows running along one wall. We asked for the heating to be turned off, which helped a little, but air conditioning season hadn't started so we had to resort to opening the windows..

Room Tip: Higher floor rooms can get hot if the a/c isn't operating

Thank you very much for your review. Regarding free Wi-Fi just in the public areas (in the rooms we have free internet by cable connection), we really care about your suggestions and we are working to improve this service and offer, for free, Wi-Fi in every room.

Looking forward to greeting you at the "Sitea", I remain with my

Best Regards
