Had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. The peperoni bagna cauda was outstanding. The ravioli, duck and soup were all very well prepared.

Our hotel owner recommended this restaurant because it was good and open late for lunch. It is a small family run restaurant not far from the Hotel Lis. We had good bread and olive oil. We all enjoyed tasty pasta for lunch. They recommended a nice red wine. Service was good. Prices were reasonable. We would go back.

Cento Torri Ristorante creates the dining experience you dream about. Tirizana, the Chef (with a capital "C") and her husband and co-owner welcomed us to their lovely restaurant and promptly served the best Asti Spumante any of us had tasted. Despite our lack of English, Tirizana was able to explain her menu and offer suggestions for the various tastes in our group of 4. Chef made two appetizers for the 4 of us to share, a caprese with eggplant, olives, peppers, tomatos, basil and fresh mozzarella and gorgonzola crepes. The caprese had just enough dressing without swimming in oil and the crepes left us speechless with Tirizana's marvelous gorgonzola filling. Also enjoyed was Tirizana's unique vegetarian lazagna, using a white sauce. Above all, Tirizana's sparkling personality and creativity with food created for us a meal never to be forgotten.

This is a family-run restaurant which serves authentic Piemonte cuisine. I felt like I was eating at my nonna's table. The chef came to our table and spoke with us about each of our course selections and she seemed to derive great pleasure from our enjoyment of her cooking. By the way, the menu was entirely in Italian, but don't let that intimidate you. Between the Chef's explanations and Google translate, we had no trouble at all. I highly recommend this restaurant.

In Asti, it is difficult to find a restaurant that is open on Monday evening. There are two that I was able to find by hunting through TA but a lot of restaurants do not feel it necessary to put their hours on the page. So, those owners lose out! I would imagine that we are not the only ones that when there is no hours listed, the restaurant is passed by.

Monday night was my wife's birthday so rather than go to our old standby, I wanted to take her to a new place. We chose Centororri.

We were not disappointed. There were very few people there so the restaurant was quiet. We got a chance to talk to the owner and the chef and get their opinions on the food. We also wanted to have another plate with the white truffles that are in season now.

Dinner was quite good. Service was excellent, the chef even came out of the kitchen to serve one of the plates with the truffles. For main course, my wife had the duck and I had the rabbit. Both were very good. If I had to relate one thing that I thought was not up to their reputation and the great reviews, I would say that they should have a better quality of bread to serve with dinner.

The wine list is quite extensive so we went with a producer that we know and a year that we know was good.

We recommend Ristorante Centotorri with a great deal of pleasure. We do however, recommend that you make a reservation as they told us they turned away over 20 people last Saturday night (only about 35 places available).

We will return!
