It could be a good solution for a business stay, but also for a vacation in Milan. Certainly not a four-star service but you can find everything you need inside the hotel. The room are modern, large enough and conmfortable. Breakfast is ok, maybe with not many choices, but fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful and finally, the location is very good, close to metro and to many major spots in the city.
Price affordable for a hotel near the city center.

I stayed in a twin room on the first floor. There was plenty of space, bed was comfy and the room was quiet. We had some issues with the room code and we had to have it changed several times, but the staff were helpful about this. Breakfast quite good. Heating is via A/C in the winter. You can leave your luggage in the luggage room free of charge if you need to. The location was close to the metro station, and it's a about 20-25 min walk to the center.

Room Tip: If you check in late & get a code to enter the hotel, don't use the touchscreen outside, use the grey keypad on the right.

Can't really fault the hotel, location etc..not that central but good metro links quite close by.
Stayed in twin room, reasonable size but very basic by comparison, somewhere between Premier Inn but better than a Travelodge.
Clean and tidy, room cleaned and bed changed..corner shower std btrm. TV.
Church opposite, bells ring at 8am, and light traffic on cobbled road outside.
Good customer care at reception, we're able to provide plugs etc when colleagues 4got theirs.

You get what you pay for - so no real extras (bath robes/slippers/toiletries)

However excellent location 5min to metro that gets you to all main attractions within 10 min, if that

Lots of lovely restaurants near by

Friendly staff

EXCELLENT sleep, clean comfortable bed and BLACK OUT CURTAINS

Notes
1) when booked (in England) check that you select "breakfast" option we made the assumption that because it's called b&b it's a bed and breakfast... but this is the name of a hotel franchise

2) factor in for city tax charges per day

3) price of room varies per day

4)bring slippers or they sell them here for €1 as the floor is all marble/tile

5) toiletries - they provide minimal - 1 15ml bottle for body and hair wash so bring your own .... or there is a local supermarket 5min walk they sell everything

6) water the hotel sell 500ml for €1.50 you can buy the same for €0.46 at any local supermarket

Overall this is an excellent hotel for a city trip where you need good location - excellent sleep and a decent breakfast (€14/2ppl which is worth it just for the coffee in my opinion)
Hope this helps
Ciao

Conveniently located with easy access to central Milan, the hotel is mid range priced and comfortable. The breakfast is simple and filling. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Don't forget your keys or else be prepared to be locked out at night, after the staff leave.

Room Tip: While booking, ask for a room with a balcony.
