We were looking for a tranquil getaway in Milan for a weekend break. We happened upon LaFavia here on tripadvisor and since it had great reviews we decided to give it a go. We were not disappointed at all. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was perfect, divinely decorated and spacious. Loved waking up to a sumptuous breakfast in the garden. We're definitely coming back!

A friend of mine recommended me this place as I had to stay a couple of nights in Milan for work. LaFavia definitely exceeded my expectations. The place is stylish yet very warm. The room (I've stayed in Oaxaca) was spotless clean and very comfortable. But the best of all was the hospitality of Fabio, Anna and the rest of the staff, they made me feel so at home! I'm definitely going to come back for a longer stay next time.

Unprepossessing from the street, your arrival might make you question the wisdom of your choice. However, through a series of locked doors (you will receive five keys!) the welcome and lodging is excellent. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard, with a private sitting area and dining table outside. The bed and bedding was quality, there is a small kitchen, a safe and a tight bathroom with a small but efficient shower. Sleeping was quiet until the 7:30 am church bells. Breakfast is served outside when possible. Good coffee plus fruits, yogurts, meats and cheeses. We were sorry to go after four days. Another plus - the #2 tram stops across the street, hop on for the Duomo and connections to all of Milan. Buy a day pass at the tabac on the corner.

We stayed 4 nights with Fabio and his team and can't rate them highly enough. The accommodation was wonderful and breakfasts most enjoyable, especially when we were able to eat outside on the terrace. The location of 4 Rooms is extremely convenient for the centre of Milan with a bus/tram stop just over the road. Fabio is a font of knowledge and he and his friendly staff made our stay in Milan even better. Keep up the good work Fabio. We will certainly recommend LaFavia to our friends. Mike and Sue Australia

Just back from a four nights stay at the wonderful LaFavia 4 rooms. What praise can I give that hasn't already been showered on this charming b&b in Milan? It's in a great location, Garibaldi station is an easy walk away, you can get a train direct to Malpensa airport. The foodie heaven Eataly is one block away and there is a tram right outside the door for those who don't fancy the pleasant 30 minutes walk into the centre of Milan. The rooms are very stylishly decorated and comfortable. We found the breakfast on the terrace quite a treat and did not have any issues with being served exactly what we requested.Last but certainly not least a great place requires a host and Fabio is delightful, chatty, informative and interesting. Thanks also to his great team.
