For the price we paid we expected better quality. The triple room we booked was very small for 3 people and infested with mosquitoes! Spent the first night just hearing their annoying buzzing and stinging. We had to literally search the whole room and hunt them down (although considering the size of the room they were easy to find),

The only positive comment I can make is about the breakfast buffet which was quite nice and fresh with staff who were quite efficient but overall would not stay there again.

Hotel is in a perfect location for the main square and the shops etc.
However... the decor and rooms are tired. They are very clean and the staff were great, but the rooms were not "wow" at all. visited with my Son so as a base it is more than adequate, but if you were looking for a special hotel this would not cut it.
the rooftop bar DOES have the wow factor though.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel in and were glad to have chosen this one. We were greeted very pleasantly on arrival by friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had been advised that renovation works were occurring, but there was no sign of any building activity and no disturbance was noticed or heard. The hotel was very busy due to fashion week in Milan, but even with some events on the roof top, as guests of the hotel we were always able to get a table. The views from the roof top are are exceptional. The breakfast room and food were very good with lots of staff available to help. The rooms were clean and neat with comfortable beds. The hotel is only a short walk from the Duomo and Galleria, just far enough to be away from the crowds of people in the piazza at the Cathedral but still close enough to feel you're in the centre. There is a tram and metro station outside the hotel so its easy to get just about anywhere.

Room tip: Enjoy the drink and the views from the roof top bar

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I can say it was a very pleasant stay! The location is superb. The breakfast has a wide variety of food and drinks. The rooftop bar is breathtaking has an amazing view with a nice ambience. The rooms are quiet spacious and the bathroom is clean and has free toiletries which are replaced daily and in generous amounts. The staff are the friendliest I’ve seen in italy! A big shout out to Jason! He was really nice to us and especially to our little daughter who entertained her with coloring books and convinced her to eat her breakfast!!! It is highly recommended if you have a few days in Milan!
