I found that the service was extremely good. A magnificent breakfast, a clean room with a good wifi connection, a place to have a drink after the day is done and a really good selection of finger food at the bar to have with the drink.
The whole environment fostered conversation between patrons. This hotel offers everything and more that a persn could want. It is the little things that matter to a business traveller and the Berna ticks most of the boxes.
I'll be back!!

The service and comfort here was amazing. I think there is a lot of competition in the area from other hotels and these guys are clearly striving to be the absolute best they can be.
Free water and soft drinks in the fridge! Sensational rain shower! Unbelievable breakfast!
Very close to Milano Centrale station so you need to take the Metro to get to the Duomo/shopping area but quiet and safe.

Room tip: Not sure if all have been renovated so ask for a renovated room.

Since this is so close to the train station, we were worried that the street noise would keep us awake at night. We asked for a room toward the courtyard, but despite our request we got a room toward the street and it was absolutely no problem since it is a really quiet side street. The room was rather small and the mattress pretty hard compared to typical American mattresses, but we slept well.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were very clean. It was a little bit noisy. Very close to the central station, about 20 minutes walk to the city. We had a good advise about the best restaurants in the area. Conclusion: if you go to Milan take this hotel!!

Great area for exploring ! Metro stop is so close and makes exploring Milan so easy! The staff is so friendly and helpful.. They always greeted me by name! Hotel room was lovely, beds comfy, and room and bathroom were immaculately clean. Mini bar stocked with complimentary soft drinks and water. Bar had great happy hour with free buffet of pizza, bruschetta, pasta, salami, veggies, chips etc! Could make it an evening meal if you so choose! Breakfast buffet was best I have seen... Pastry, fruit, eggs, bacon, yogurt, breads, ham and other cold meats , cheese, juice, and coffee! Can't say enough good things about staying here. We felt very safe walking everywhere and it is so convenient to train station . We took malpensa shuttle bus from airport to Milan's central station then walked to hotel... Exit to left off bus the look for McDonald's past the trees and plaza in front of the station... Take road via napo torriano between McDonald's and niko quick bite.. Hotel will be on left! Thanks Hotel Berna for a great stay in Milan! Can't wait to return!
