Diana Majestic as everyone in Milan knows it better, is a 100yeard old builiding with a lot of history. Some say that Mussolini had his last night in this hotel before trying to escape from italy, when fortunetly got picked up by the italian resistance and got killed.
Anyway, the hotel is localized in a very good place, in front Porta Venezia, has a metro station that in 5min you can arrive in front the Duomo and Victorio Emanuelle II.
We were 5people, me and my wife and my fathers in law with my nephew, so there were one double and one triple room. The rooms were big, with big bathrooms! the only problem with the bathtub was that when you had bath the water could get out of the bathroom and wet the carpet in the hall of the room, thats the problem beeing an old building.
Very good bed, internet acess by wifi or cable, lcd tv, nice gourmet food and a very very very good breakfast in the backyard of the hotel.
although a coke could cost 10euros the hotel has good fairs.
my choise of staying in Milan.More
